Tour Price

Land Tour Package (double occupancy) $6,799 p.p. This package is applied to all guests as a base package. Double occupancy means two guests are sharing a hotel room (with one or two beds based on your preference) with someone they have selected as their roommate. If you are traveling as a single guest (with no roommate), the single occupancy supplement price must be added. We do not pair up single guests to create a double occupancy.

Single Occupancy (no roommate) +$2,000 p.p. Single occupancy is an additional supplement added to the Tour Package (double occupancy) price for a guest to have their own hotel room. Paying the single supplement does not imply two seats on the motorcoach.

Roundtrip Group Airfare $1,200 p.p.

Roundtrip LAX Transfer $149 p.p. Roundtrip airport transfers (generally with your tour director) are available from the departure points listed as an optional add-on price. Transfers are only available on the scheduled tour departure and return dates. Quotes for roundtrip home transfers begin at $249 per person ($299 p.p for 2026 departures) and are provided upon request approximately 30 days prior to departure.

This tour requires a passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date)
Roundtrip airport transfers are available from the following departure points: FV, LBCC-O, LHS and SBL as an optional add-on price of $149 p.p.; or you may meet the group at LAX, the arrival airport or the hotel

Moderate: Expect a moderate amount of guided walking or walking at your own pace over slightly longer distances, stairs and/or inclines and periods of standing, for example on city walks and/or nature walks, possibly at a higher elevation. There will be time to rest on the motorcoach and between attractions. A single-day tour to the Hollywood Bowl or a festival, or a two-night stay with sightseeing in Yosemite National Park, would be good examples.

Pace Level

Moderate: The daily pace and timing can fluctuate significantly between longer and shorter travel days, with additional activities possibly occurring in the early morning or at night. Generally, this involves 2 or more hotel stays with a flight involved. A balanced seven-day tour itinerary utilizing 2-3 hotels would be a good example.

Day 2 – Arrive in Iceland (Saturday, March 21)

Arrive in Reykjavík, Iceland’s vibrant capital, and take a guided tour of its highlights. Explore the city’s historic landmarks, modern architecture, and scenic waterfront. See notable sites such as Hallgrímskirkja Church, Harpa Concert Hall, and Perlan’s observation deck. Enjoy a welcome dinner. Overnight in Reykjavík. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 3 – The Golden Circle & Þingvellir (Thingvellir) National Park (Sunday, March 22)

Explore the famous Golden Circle, starting with Þingvellir (Thingvellir) National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet. Learn about Iceland’s Viking history as you walk through this geologically stunning rift valley. Continue to the Geysir Geothermal Area, where Strokkur geyser erupts every few minutes. Day 4 – South Coast Waterfalls (Monday, March 23)

Journey along Iceland’s spectacular South Coast. Stop at Seljalandsfoss Waterfall, where you can walk behind the cascading water for a unique perspective. Visit the thundering Skógafoss Waterfall, known for its dramatic 200-foot drop and frequent rainbows. Day 5 – Dyrhólaey Cliffs & Sólheimajökull Glacier (Tuesday, March 24)

Take in its winding beauty before continuing to Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where massive icebergs drift in crystal-clear waters. Day 7 – Scenic Drive to Borgarnes via Hvalfjörður Fjord (Thursday, March 26)

Travel northwest via the picturesque Hvalfjörður Fjord, a scenic detour featuring stunning fjord views, WWII historical sites, and peaceful coastal landscapes. Arrive in Borgarnes, where you’ll visit the Settlement Center Museum to learn about Iceland’s early Viking settlers. Overnight in Borgarnes. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 8 – Snæfellsnes Peninsula Exploration (Friday, March 27)

Explore the stunning Snæfellsnes Peninsula, often called “Iceland in Miniature” due to its diverse landscapes. Visit Kirkjufell Mountain and Kirkjufellsfoss Waterfall, one of the most photographed sites in Iceland. Walk through the Arnarstapi & Hellnar coastal villages, where dramatic basalt formations meet the ocean. Day 9 – Into the Glacier Experience (Saturday, March 28)

Day 10 – Return to Reykjavík & Blue Lagoon (Sunday, March 29)

Day 11 – Departure (Monday, March 30)
