This afternoon we’ll continue to Monserate Vineyards & Winery, a boutique winery surrounded by 116 pristine acres in the rolling hills of Fallbrook’s Gird Valley. For 56 years this land was occupied by a public golf course. After the golf course fell on hard times, the current owners of the winery had a vision of revitalizing the land, while utilizing the Fallbrook climate which is like that of Italy’s prolific wine-producing regions. During our visit, you'll have the opportunity to savor a curated selection of Monserate's finest varietals, expertly paired with authentic Italian cuisine including Caesar salad and Naples-style pizza made on-site in a wood-burning oven.
