Built in 1898 as a lavish resort for wealthy easterners seeking California sunshine, this timeless building has hosted celebrities, presidents and film crews and is now the private residence of Pasadena designers, musicians, collectors and artists. Architect Frederick I. Roehrig drew on Moorish, Spanish and Victorian stylistic elements to create one of Southern California’s most stunningly original buildings where sophistication meets history in an eclectic mix of mystery and beauty. This special, timed-entry event provides the unique opportunity to take a step back in time and attend a spectacular holiday party hosted within its walls.
