We continue to the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden to experience the limited-time, internationally acclaimed Lightscape. Created by an international team, and reimagined for 2023, Lightscape merges nature and art and transforms the Arboretum’s 127-acre botanical garden and historical site into a magical night of wonder, light and music. Enjoy ample time at leisure to explore this fantasy wonderland at your own pace as you discover a dazzling display of light, color and sound that will get you into the holiday spirit. Take a winter walk on the dark side of the garden and let your imagination soar with the new sights and sounds along the Serpent Trail and Forest Path. Walk through the mesmerizing Fire Garden and Feast of Light, beneath the awesome Arch of Light and exotic Dancing Palms, and past the Winter Cathedral and other spectacular installations. This is an outdoor, nighttime event – please be sure to dress warmly and prepare for moderate walking. In some areas the lighting will be at a low level and therefore, the event organizers encourage you to bring along a flashlight to be used only if necessary.
